Implant removed - now 'spotting'

Good afternoon ladies, just after a bit advice please. Had my implant in since Sep 2015 and had it removed 29th may 2018.
I DTD (done the deed) on 24th may, and 2nd June.
For the last 6 days or so ive had slight 'bleeding' not enough to fill a pad a day but i would class it as spotting if im honest. Im having bad cramping, dizziness on occasions and a few headaches.
Since December i have had a full on heavy Period each month (which is a normal flow for me) but prior to that i had no Period at all from when i got implant in 2015 til Dec 2017.
Not sure if its my body 're-adjusting' after having it removed, or slight chance im pregnant? but i had my last Period 7th may and havent had what i would call a 'period' yet, normally every 28 days is my cycle. I just have this browny or pink dischargey when i wipe/very very light bleeding a few times a day. (Sorry if TMI)
Anyone else had this? Ive tried to find previous posts but all ive read seem to have had a full on Period or just nothing at all.
